Assistant Workshop Leaders needed for Community Arts sessions

We are looking for Assistant Workshop Leaders for our Older People’s community arts sessions.

Made in Corby is a community-led arts programme which produces events and activities designed to surprise, delight and inspire local people. The programme aims to inspire more local Corby people than ever before to take the lead in experiencing, creating and taking part in high-quality arts and cultural activities. Through conversations with local people and community decision-making panels, Made In Corby puts local people at the heart of commissioning artists and producing new and exciting events.

We are looking for artists to assist with either of the following sessions:

– Singing/music

– Visual arts (ceramics)

We are looking to recruit early career artists or established artists who wish to build their experience within participatory settings. The role would suit artists who are local to Corby or within reasonable travelling distance as the sessions will be around 60-90 mins each.

This is a paid role and the rate will reflect your experience.

Please apply with your CV and covering letter outlining your experience and what skills you hope to gain from working as the assistant on these sessions. Closing date is Monday 10th September 2018, 10am.
