4. Singing4Breathing

Singing4breathing is designed especially for people with respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma or other breathing related issues. The choir often have harmonica sessions which incorporate various breathing exercises into them in order to maintain a normal lung function – which is very important for people with COPD.
